Under English Law, once a booking has been confirmed, you are legally bound to pay the total amount due, not just the deposit.

Please feel under no obligation when enquiring about cabin availability. Bookings will be accepted by telephone or e-mail, but we must receive an official booking form within 7days. Our telephone is manned 7 days a week up to 6pm UK time. All bookings must be made direct with Inland Waterway Holiday Cruises. Bookings will not be accepted through Travel Agents, except those previously appointed.

If payment is made by Credit Card or Debit Card the full amount is due at time of booking.
If payment is made by Cheque the deposit of £250.00 per person and the balance must be paid by cheque. The balance is due a minimum of 8 weeks before the cruise start date. Cheques should be made payable to INLAND WATERWAYS HOLIDAY CRUISES.

We strongly recommend that all bookings are covered by cancellation insurance. This should be arranged with your own insurer at the same time as the booking is made. (see conditions of booking).
